Saw posts on the FCP-L where users running Mac OS 10.4.11 and installing YouTube’s Mulit-Upload Tool are experiencing the same difficulties I did. Apparently there can be problems installing with Safari.
Users who run Firefox and Mac OS 10.4.11 seem to be free and clear of upload freezes.

I am trying to upload a video which is currently formatted as a DV_NTSC file. As of now it is imovie.
Christopher AsFarAsIKnow when iMovie digitizes DV_NTSC material from a camera the quicktime media it creates has a .dv extension. As long as the .dv extension of your quicktime is recognized by youtube, and your file size is within the file limit, then you should be able to use the multi-video upload tool with no problems.
I can’t seem to select .m4v files created by iMovie for use with the multi-video tool, though I can use them without issue directly through Youtube.
I too can not select .m4v files made with iMovie through the multi file uploader, even though the files are accepted through youtube’s single file uploader. What gives!?
I have installed multi file uploader but it doesn’t seem to recognise it when i click on Upload in either Safari or Firefox.
Does it need to be installed in a particular folder?
