Built in Adobe Media Encoder, on Mac load preset file into Library > Preferences > Adobe > Common > AME > 7.0 > Presets

No, this is not a VP9 preset. It futureprooofs your content to be flagged as 4K so as VP9 encoding kicks in retroactively you’re all set.
